We want you to love your ALPAKA gear, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
